Welcome to the Prime Art House Support Ticket/Help Request Center. We built this system to allow our customers to send in support requests, website changes or questions in general with the ability to track and manage all of your support requests.

When submitting a ticket, please make sure of the following:

  • All submitted tickets are worked & replied to during the business hours of Monday - Friday 8am-5pm EST and on Saturday 10am-6:30pm EST.

  • Please allow 1 business day for a response and up to 3 business days for work to be completed.

  • Provide as much information as possible regarding your enquiry (working links if you are requesting technical support, accurately describe your problem and steps to replicate it etc)

  • Submitted Tech Support tickets will not be billed, unless the issue was cause by the clients doings.

  • All submitted task tickets will be billed at $50 per hour. There is no minimal time, so if the task takes 5 minutes you will be billed $4.

  • All submitted task tickets from a Ministry & Non-Profit will be billed at $40 per hour.
